Authorities are investigating a fatal, single-vehicle crash in Lincoln County.
Just before 8 p.m. Monday, South Dakota Highway Patrol said a 2011 Infiniti QX56 SUV was westbound on 269th Street towards 480th Street, approximately 3 miles east of Sioux Falls. The vehicle went through the intersection before stopping in a grove.
Authorities said the 65-year-old driver was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Highway Patrol will continue to investigate. The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office, Harrisburg Fire Department, and Paramedics Plus responded to the scene.
