Missing Sioux Falls teen has been found safe. Sioux Falls police say 13-year-old Hassan Otban was located and safely returned home. SFPD thanks the community for it's assistance in locating the teen.

Sioux Falls Police need your help finding a 13-year-old boy Thursday.
Authorities are looking for 13-year-old Hassan Otban. Police do not believe he is in any danger, but they would like to reunite him with his family. He was last seen in the area of 3400 N. 8th Avenue.
If you see Hassan or know of his whereabouts, contact police.
