Driving through northwest Sioux Falls will be a little complicated starting on Monday.
The City of Sioux Falls has closed the intersection of West Maple Street and Marion Road. Crews will be widening Maple Street from west of Marion Road to Career Avenue.
The intersection is expected to be reopened by mid-July. The project west of Marion Road should be done by late August, with Maple Street reopening by Career Avenue in November.
City officials are asking the public to use roads such as Career Avenue and Madison Street to bypass the construction:
