An Aberdeen man accused of killing his infant son late last year has pleaded not guilty.
Myron Touche Jr., 26, faces murder and manslaughter charges in the Dec. 17 death of 3-week-old Elias Touche, who authorities said suffered head trauma.
Touche entered his pleas on Wednesday and asked for a jury trial. Jurors can find him guilty of either charge, or acquit him. The trial was not immediately scheduled.
Touche remains in custody on $250,000 bond.
