Sioux Falls police are investigating what they consider a homicide in an east-central Sioux Falls neighborhood Saturday.
Authorities first responded to 331 N. Cliff Avenue for what was reported as a cardiac arrest around 11:30 Saturday morning. There they found the body of a 37-year-old woman. Upon further investigation, they decided foul play was involved in the woman's death.
33-year-old Garrett Solorzano was later arrested for first degree murder. Police say Solorzano and the victim knew each other.
