Police in North Dakota say an officer shot during a standoff with a domestic violence suspect in Fargo is not expected to survive.
Police say Officer Jason Moszer went to a home last night after police received a 911 call that a man had fired a gun at his family.
Police say several shots were fired from inside the home and struck the 33-year-old officer.
A SWAT team took Moszer to a medical facility, where his family is with him. The standoff is ongoing.
